Curunq was one of the nine High Mansions of the Nonmen. It was located in the Araxes Mountains, south-east of Cil-Aujas. It was founded in the second wave of Nonman expansion, possibly from Cil-Aujas given their relative proximity.
Curunq fought as part of the Nonman coalition during the Cûno-Inchoroi Wars, although the level of its involvement given its vast distance from the Incû-Holoinas is unknown. Like the other Mansions, it suffered the debilitating effects of the Womb Plague and was then destroyed during the Cûno-Halaroi Wars. The later fate of the Mansion is unknown.[1]
